1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Panto Affis website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Enrollment and Registration

When you enroll in a program, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Program Participation

3.1 Attendance and Engagement

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in program activities. Excessive absences may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

3.2 Code of Conduct

Students must:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Refrain from disruptive behavior
• Not engage in academic dishonesty or plagiarism
• Follow all facility rules and policies

3.3 Academic Integrity

All submitted work must be your own. Plagiarism or cheating will result in immediate dismissal from the program.

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms

Full payment is due before the program start date unless a payment plan has been arranged. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4.2 Refund Policy

• Cancellation more than 14 days before start: 100% refund minus administrative fee of SGD 200
• Cancellation 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days before start: No refund
• After program start: No refund, except in cases of medical emergency with documentation

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, code examples, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Panto Affis and are protected by copyright laws.

5.2 Student Work

You retain ownership of projects you create during the program. By enrolling, you grant us permission to showcase your work (with attribution) for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute course materials without permission
• Share access credentials with non-enrolled individuals
• Record sessions without prior written consent
• Use our materials for commercial purposes

6. Job Placement Assistance

We provide job placement assistance but do not guarantee employment. Our assistance includes resume review, interview preparation, and introductions to partner companies, subject to student performance and market conditions.

7. Website Use

7.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes related to learning about and enrolling in our programs.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated systems to access the website
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panto Affis shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Panto Affis harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

10. Program Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify curriculum and schedules with reasonable notice
• Substitute instructors when necessary
• Cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment (with full refund)
• Update course materials to reflect industry changes

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or disruptive behavior. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our materials and services.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled students.

17. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Panto Affis.
